- Prior to the Fall of 2010 I was the type of guy that never had free time because I always had that time filled in advance with activities and in order to maximize those activities I spent more time working out and training. Work, work, work, race, work, work, etc.. The black eyed peas I consumed in early 2010 failed me. The year went as any other one did, fast. Mid way through I stopped to catch my breath and realized that I could lose more body fat. So more gym time, less eating bad food. Fortunately for me I was Blessed with a small SUV hitting me while riding one day. That car saved my life by destroying my damn bike. Bike was a selfish guy. Bike made me ride him all the time and when I wasn't strolling atop him I was at the gym hitting weights so I could please Bike. Now that Bike is dead I have my free time back. Time to play dress up before going out, time to build planes and fly them, time to heal and the best - time with Kelly.
